Join us for a fantastic community day out as the Mt Barker Gift Carnival returns in 2026 and this time it will be at the magnificent Summit Oval. With the stunning venue setting the stage, this is a great chance for athletes, families, and locals to come together and enjoy a full day of exciting Gift racing. Featuring race distances similar to those at the Bay Sheffield, along with the prestigious Mount Barker Mile, the carnival promises plenty of fast-paced action and a wonderful atmosphere from the first race to the last.
Make a day of it with great food and plenty of reasons to stay and enjoy the atmosphere. Treat yourself to delicious paella, grab a sausage sizzle, and don’t miss the ever-popular donut van hosted by Mt Barker Rotary. A coffee van will also be on site, making it easy to relax, catch up with friends, and soak up all the action throughout the day.
With free Little Athletics races available through the Mt Barker Little Athletics Club, there’s something for all ages, making it the perfect event for families and the wider community to get involved and be part of a memorable day of racing.
