Experience the excitement of the Crystal Brook Classic, the South Australian Athletic League’s first country meet of the season. Athletes will participate in races ranging from 70m to 1600m, using our handicapped format that promises close finishes. Whether you are a dedicated athletics enthusiast or simply seeking a family outing, this event is a must-attend. Athletes will be honing their skills in readiness for the Bay Sheffield.
The Footy Club will open for drinks, and the canteen and various food trucks will be available.
With a full day of racing and renowned race caller Terry McAuliffe providing lively commentary, you’ll be immersed in the excitement throughout.
The action begins at 12.30 pm.
Get ready to cheer on your favourite athletes and soak up all the excitement of the day! Entry is free for spectators.
Camping information
Take the opportunity for a weekend away and camp trackside at the showgrounds or take a very short walk to the adjacent caravan park:
